Restful 4Endurance ist ein sorgfältig formuliertes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel für alle, die ihre Abendroutine mit ausgewählten natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen ergänzen möchten – insbesondere in Phasen erhöhter körperlicher Belastung.
Das Produkt enthält eine Kombination aus Inhaltsstoffen wie Ashwagandha, L-Theanin, Hopfen- und Safranextrakt sowie den Mineralstoffen Magnesium und Zink.
Sorgfältig ausgewählte Zusammensetzung
Jede Portion enthält eine Kombination aus folgenden Inhaltsstoffen:
- Ashwagandha
- L-Theanin aus Grüntee-Extrakt
- Hopfenextrakt
- Safranextrakt
- Magnesium in Form von Bisglycinat
- Zink in Form von Bisglycinat
- enthält Magnesium, das zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit und Ermüdung beiträgt
- enthält Zink, das zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems beiträgt
- ergänzt die Ernährung mit ausgewählten Pflanzenextrakten
- geeignet als Bestandteil eines aktiven Lebensstils
Nimm 2 Kapseln 30 Minuten vor dem Schlafengehen ein.
Wenn du Koffein eingenommen hast, achte auf einen zeitlichen Abstand von mindestens 4 Stunden zur Einnahme des Produkts.
Lege nach drei Monaten der Einnahme eine Pause von mindestens drei Wochen ein.

Nach der empfohlenen Pause kannst du mit einem neuen Einnahmezyklus beginnen. Beachte dabei die Anwendungshinweise.

Ich bin ein 51-jaehriger ambitionierter Hobby-Sportler und nehme seit 1 Monat Restful und ich kann in Whoop tatsaechlich eine massive Verbesserung der verschiedenen Schlafphasen feststellen. Wake up Phasen sind viel kuerzer und SWS bzw REM sind mehr als zuvor. Bessere Recovery heisst schneller wieder pushen zu koennen😉
Es hat mir meinen erholsamen Schlaf zurück gebracht,kann ich nur weiter empfehlen 👍

Sorry to hear Restful didn’t make a noticeable difference for you. Sleep support products can vary quite a bit in how they work depending on the person, so we’d like to understand a bit better:
How long did you use it before forming your impression?
When during the evening did you take it (and how close to bedtime)?
Did you notice any change at all in how quickly you fell asleep or sleep quality, even subtle?
Are you using anything else at the same time that might affect sleep (caffeine late in the day, other supplements, etc.)?

L’avevo già provato in passato, quando faccio allenamenti pesanti e post gara, per una o 2 notti finche non risento di aver recuperato. Consigliato!

ho usato questo prodotto nei giorni successivi al tor e dopo un mese di utilizzo non ho riscontrato nessun beneficio sul sonno. direi un prodotto per me inutile

L’ho usato per recuperare dall’ironman di Cervia. Le prime notti mi è sembrato miracoloso. Dormivo meglio e non mi svegliavo la notte. Poi dopo circa una settimana ho iniziato a svegliarmi molto più spesso di quanto non l’ho usavo e così ho interrotto l’assunzione. Immediatamente ho recuperato a dormire meglio. Non dico che non sia un buon prodotto in generale, ma non fa per me.
Ciao! Tutto quello che hai scritto è vero. Il prodotto ti ha aiutato in un periodo di stress intenso, dovuto all'aumento dei livelli di adrenalina e dopamina nel corpo. Quando non era più necessario, lo ha fatto capire chiaramente al tuo corpo! Usalo di nuovo in un periodo di stress intenso per il corpo!

Started with the recommended dose of 2 tabs and then reduced to 1 tab. I then stopped taking Restful after 4 days. I believe it was the Mg that had an extreme effect on me the following morning, and my need for the bathroom rather urgently. I then felt "off" for the next 4 hours. I will not be taking Restful again!
