LANGSAME ENERGIE
Erhalte langsame Energie aus Datteln, Hafer und Isomaltulose. Isomaltulose ist ein Zucker, der sich aus Glukose und Fruktose zusammensetzt und sich nur langsam in deinem Körper freisetzt.
HYDRATION
Salty Bar 4Energy enthält auch Elektrolyte. So können während des Trainings die Hydratation aufrechterhalten und normale Körperfunktionen ermöglicht werden.

Während Trainingseinheiten mit niedriger bis mittlerer Intensität 1–2 Riegel pro Stunde verzehren. Du kannst auch 1 Riegel vor dem Training essen.
Hinweis: Der Salty Bar enthält etwas Fett, Ballaststoffe und Eiweiß. Diese können die Verdauung verlangsamen und bei sehr intensiver Belastung zu Magen-Darm-Beschwerden führen. Daher empfehlen wir, den Salty Bar nicht direkt vor oder während hochintensiver Einheiten zu konsumieren. Für solche Belastungen sind Riegel mit ausschließlich schnell verfügbaren Kohlenhydraten – wie der Jelly Bar – besser geeignet.

Ho già utilizzato le Salty Bar e sono ottime. Avrei un suggerimento per la confezione da 75 barrette. perchè non farla con 25 barrette per gusto? 75 barrette con lo steso gusto alla lunga potrebbero stancare.

Salty Bar - Bulk pack
Le Salty Bar sono una piacevole alternativa alle solite barrette dolci. Sono circa 2 anni che faccio acquisti su 4Endurance e ormai acquisto solo i loro prodotti perché li considero i migliori.
Le Salty Bar oltre ad avere un buon sapore sono anche molto valide in quanto, assunte una ogni 45 minuti, mi permettono di completare le mie uscite in bici senza cali di energia.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto forse sono un po troppo gommose e difficili da masticare, questo almeno con il caldo del periodo attuale.
Questo però non toglie le 5 stelle più che meritate.
