Das 4Endurance Pro Energiegel mit BCAA wurde für Sportler entwickelt, die während anspruchsvoller oder lang andauernder Belastungen eine praktische und effiziente Kohlenhydratquelle benötigen.
Jedes Gel enthält 30 g Kohlenhydrate aus Maltodextrin und Fruktose im Verhältnis 2 : 1. Dieses Verhältnis wird in der Sporternährung häufig bei einer hohen Kohlenhydratzufuhr von 60–90 g pro Stunde während der Belastung eingesetzt.
Die Formel wird durch 500 mg fermentierte BCAA ergänzt und überzeugt mit einem angenehm natürlichen Geschmack – ganz ohne künstliche Süßstoffe.
Zwei Kohlenhydratquellen
Das Gel enthält eine Kombination aus Maltodextrin und Fruktose im Verhältnis 2 : 1.
Da Glukose und Fruktose unterschiedliche Transportsysteme im Darm nutzen, kann diese Kombination die Aufnahme größerer Mengen an Kohlenhydraten während längerer sportlicher Aktivitäten ermöglichen.
BCAA
Das Gel enthält 500 mg fermentierte verzweigtkettige Aminosäuren (L-Leucin, L-Isoleucin und L-Valin).
BCAA sind ein beliebter Bestandteil der Sporternährung und werden von Sportlern häufig in Phasen intensiven Trainings eingesetzt – insbesondere bei einem Kaloriendefizit oder einer geringeren Proteinzufuhr.
Natürlicher Geschmack
Der angenehm erfrischende Geschmack überdeckt den charakteristischen Geschmack der BCAA effektiv – ohne den Einsatz künstlicher Süßstoffe.
Da sich das Gel auch bei höherer Trainingsintensität einfach konsumieren lässt, kannst du es problemlos in deine Ernährungsstrategie während des Trainings oder Wettkampfs integrieren.

Ho dato solo 4 stelle perché non ho potuto verificarne gli effetti su percorsi piu' lunghi ed impegnativi, ma devo dire che assumendone uno prima del giro di 80km e uno dopo un ora circa, la resistenza ed il recupero dopo lo sforzo ( in associazione alle proteine ) sono migliorati

Ottimo prodotto, usato da molto tempo, supplisce la mancanza di proteine e aminoacidi che dovrei assumere a colazione.
Una cosa è migliorabile: l'apertura. Non ha il salva chiusura il quale molte volte si stacca e cade. Così lasciando pezzettini di plastica sulla strada.

Hi Joe! Thanks for your honest feedback. We're really sorry to hear that the gels didn't sit well with your stomach. Everyone's digestion handles sports fuel differently during training. Since the BCAA Gel wasn't a good fit, you might have much better luck with a lighter, more liquid option like our 4Energy Gel or 2:1 Gel—they are specifically designed to be super gentle on the stomach and don't require extra water to digest.
