Mische zwei Messlöffel mit 500 ml Wasser. Bei Hitze mit 750 ml Wasser mischen.
Während des Trainings eine Portion pro Stunde einnehmen. Nicht mehr als 4 Portionen pro Tag einnehmen.
TIPP: Um die volle Wirkung von Natriumbikarbonat zu erzielen, nimm 0,2–0,3 g pro Kilogramm Körpergewicht in Kapselform ein, aufgeteilt in zwei Portionen: die erste Portion zwei Stunden vor dem Training und die zweite eine Stunde vor dem Training.

L'effetto del bcs è notevole. È importante seguire le indicazioni sulle quantità pre allenamento. Purtroppo il sapore del bcs fa veramente schifo, in questo prodotto sono riusciti a coprirlo bene ma cmq si sente un poco

Como o bicarbonato de sódio tem naturalmente um perfil mais salgado, o sabor pode realmente ser mais pronunciado nesse aspeto. Uma boa dica é misturá-lo com água bem fresca ou diluí-lo em um bocadinho mais de água para suavizar esse gosto salgado.

Barely any taste of lemon, tastes like "old" powder. Also doesn't mix very well and feels thick vs alternatives. Alternatives which are way more expensive, so I guess 3 stars for value then.

J’ai testé cette boisson lors d’entraînements et un trail de 42 km/1500 D+
La texture un peu épaisse et très sucrée peut vite devenir écoeurante
Si vous consommez cette boisson, limitez les gels car vous pouvez vite avoir une hypoglycémie réactionnel
Ce que j’ai eu
Sinon, l’adjonction de bicarbonate limite la fatigue musculaire et les sensations de brûlures

Cette boisson contient 45 g de glucides par portion, donc si ton corps ne tolère pas encore un apport plus élevé en glucides par heure, il est effectivement recommandé de limiter l’ajout de gels en parallèle. Cela dépend beaucoup de chaque personne, de l’intensité, de la durée de l’effort et de la tolérance digestive.
Concernant le goût, c’est très subjectif, donc on comprend tout à fait qu’il puisse paraître trop sucré ou ne pas convenir à tout le monde.
łagodny dla żołądka mimo dużej ilości węgli i za to gwiazdki, ale w smaku niestety słabiutko. Trochę jak woda z cukrem. Mimo wszystko jako kompletny "system żywienia" z żelami i galaretkami bardzo fajne rozwiązanie

J’utilise ce produit en ne mettant que 2 doses par bidon, pour moi largement suffisant. Pas de mot d’estomac et de l’énergie toute la sortie.
